Your privacy is critical to us and it is important that you understand our practices and procedures regarding our use before disclosing information. The following privacy policy explains these practices and procedures, to which you are agreeing by accessing our site and services.

a. Personal information

“Personal Information” is information that allows us to identify you. The types of Personal Information that we may collect from you through your use of our site and services may include, without limitation, your name, e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth. We collect Personal Information from you in a variety of ways, including when you complete a form, visit our facilities, provide feedback, or interact with our digital and social media content.

b. Non-personal information

We may also collect information that does not identify you personally (“Non-Personal Information”). This includes information that is linked to your computer or mobile device. When you interact with our site or social media content, we may collect information about your computer that your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and language, access times, pages visited, and referring website addresses; information collected through “cookies” and third-party sources (e.g. Google Analytics). With the uses set forth in this policy, we may use Non-Personal Information we collect to analyze trends, track the movement of visitors, learn about and determine how much time visitors spend using the website, how visitors navigate the site, and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use.

c. Social media

When using certain third-party social networking services (e.g., Facebook, X), you may have the option to share your Social Network information and activity with external sites (including Shoot360.com). Information we may access about you, with your consent, from a Social Network may include, but is not limited to, your basic Social Network information, your location data, your list of contacts, friends or followers and certain information about your activities on the Social Network. If you permit a connection between a Social Network and a service, we (and that Social Network) may be able to identify you and to associate information received pursuant to the connection with information we already have about you. d. Disclosing information

In order to administer the Services, we may share your information with third parties including without limitation: hosting providers, data management companies, address list hosting companies, e-mail service providers, analytics companies, distribution companies, fulfillment companies, payment processors, operational partners, business partners, and marketing partners.

We may also use your information for purposes including without limitation the following:

• To contact you regarding our services
• To provide you with information you have requested, or products or services you have signed up for
• To administer your participation in a contest, sweepstakes, promotion, survey, poll or vote

Participation disclaimer

Every participant, or a parent or guardian on behalf of a minor, agrees to the applicable release below before training, attending a camp, or attending a clinic at Shoot 360 Denver.

Adult participant

As lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in the Shoot 360 gym activities, camp, or clinic I agree that I will not make a claim against, sue, attach the property of or prosecute Shoot 360 and their agents, sponsors and employees for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I may sustain as a result of my participation in these sporting activities. This release is intended to discharge in advance Shoot 360 and their agents, sponsors and employees from and against any and all liability, including for negligent actions, arising out of or connected in anyway with my participation in the sporting activities, camp or clinic except for liability that may arise out of the willful or wanton misconduct of Shoot 360 and their agents, sponsors and employees. I FURTHER UNDERSTAND THAT SPORTS CAN INVOLVE PHYSICAL CONTACT BETWEEN PLAYERS, THAT SERIOUS ACCIDENTS OCCASIONALLY OCCUR DURING SUCH SPORTING ACTIVITIES, AND THAT PARTICIPANTS IN SUCH SPORTING ACTIVITIES OCCASIONALLY SUSTAIN SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURIES (INCLUDING DEATH) AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, AS A CONSEQUENCE THEREOF, KNOWING THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATION, NEVERTHELESS, I HEREBY AGREE TO ASSUME THOSE RISKS AND TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SHOOT 360 AND THEIR AGENTS, SPONSORS AND EMPLOYEES WHO (THROUGH NEGLIGENCE OR CARELESSNESS) MIGHT OTHERWISE BE LIABLE TO ME (OR MY HEIRS OR ASSIGNS) FOR DAMAGES. I attest that I am eighteen (18) years old or older, am physically fit and have no known medical conditions which prohibit participation in this sport. I agree to follow all laws, rules and guidelines regulating the conduct of Shoot 360. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for the mechanical and/or operating condition of any and all sporting equipment I use, and I agree to continuously inspect and maintain that equipment, even if I have obtained any of the equipment from Shoot 360, their agents, sponsors and/or employees. I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS AGREEMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT BETWEEN MYSELF AND SHOOT 360 AND THEIR AGENTS, SPONSORS AND EMPLOYEES, AND I HAVE SIGNED IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL. I also agree that SHOOT 360 and their agents, sponsors and employees may use my photograph in future promotions.

Disclaimer by minor
